Tony Carrasco presents B. Funk feat. Sally O - Who, what, where, when & why (Flemming Dalum Edit)

Original release was in 1983. Now Flemming Dalum laid his hands on the track and created an outstanding edit which came out on Red Laser Records - as usual on red wax.
