This is the B-side of "Circulate" and comes with some obscure 80s-sounding C64-sounds which sometimes turning into acid. Interesting.
Just hearing this tune for the first time, and my brain immediately screamed "I KNOW THIS TUNE!".
The melody, the one you describe as "obscure 80s-sounding C64-sounds" is definitely from a computer game, or perhaps an old .MOD file from the Amiga/Atari-STe days.
